Reservations are transferable as long as room reservations stay the same and all other guests’ approve of the change.

If there is a change to or cancellation of the trip on the part of Real Italy Custom Tours Ltd there will be reimbursement of the full amount of the trip or for the unused portion of the trip. Does not apply in cases of weather, natural disasters, terrorism and reasons outside the control of Real Italy Custom Tours Ltd. Cost of airfare is nonrefundable.
Cancellation Policy - In the event of a cancellation of booking, even if it is substituted by another, the following penalties on the full amount of the trip must be paid:
50% if day of deposit to 75 days before start of trip
75% if 75-30 days before start of trip
100% if 29-1 days before start of trip

The beautiful countryside and excellent roads of Tuscany offer spectacular vistas as well as challenging terrain. Daily rides are 60 to 100 kilometers and can be longer if the group decides. Rides are fully supported and led by experienced Italian riders who will include some of their favorite rides.
